To develop the annual and Five Years Business Plan required for activities related to Electrical System for all company plants and to execute the related works with effective cost and time control. • To develop and update the Maintenance and Inspection Policy for the electrical equipment including the recommended scheduling and planning for the Long Term Maintenance of these equipment. • To provide technical support to all sites in matters related to electrical equipment maintenance, overhauling, development/upgrading and risk analysis and to assist the plants in identifying solutions to the electrical equipment problems. • To perform audits on electrical equipment to verify compliance with process area classification and company requirements. • To initiate the inquiries for repair and overhaul work on the Power Generators and switchgears. • To conduct feasibility studies, appraise solutions of electrical equipment manufacturers and recommend/implement the necessary modification/upgrade in order to confirm the reliability and high performance of the electrical equipment. • To review plants changes requests and confirm their technicality and feasibility.
