Acts as the focal point for all HR policy issues and concerns Maintains knowledge of all company
HR policies and procedures Identifies the need for new policies and recommends changes to existing policies and provides continuous review process of HR policies and procedures Reviews, revises, develops and implements new and existing HR policies. Includes extensive updating and rewriting of policies and related Agreements. Advises Line Managers and employees on the interpretation of HR policies and policy issues Conducts studies on local, regional and global markets on policy issues and best HR practices Coordinates with sector companies on major policy changes to maintain Company’s competitiveness Audits HR policies and procedures and monitors its application to ensure consistent implementation Conducts policy awareness programs
