Update new student orientation presentation. Take in student enrollments and advise students regarding course changes, cancellations, promotional offers and related procedures and services. Prepare for new student arrivals. Prepare and enter initial and ending course evaluations; assist in following up on student evaluation concerns as requested. Monitor the student Request Binder. Maintain student records. Help to develop EC Boston's web presence. Act as a member of the team by offering general support to the office staff as needed. Residence Coordinator: Ensure that the residence halls are being well-maintained and address any issues with students, landlords, property managers, etc. . . Handle student and/or residence complaints/requests and ensure all complaints received are resolved in a timely manner Act as a liaison with the apartment checker and airport transportation company to ensure smooth residence/apartment arrivals. Assess the quality of new and existing student residences, including regular checking of facilities and services provided. Maintain apartment/residence supply inventory and communicate with Assistant Center Director to approve any needed supply expenditures. Manage Adult Summer Residence including allocations, complaint handling, and supply inventory Assist in hiring of summer staff & coordinate all trainings and orientation for summer Residence support. Manage Summer Residence RA's.
